We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
30-Day Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition:
- Unopened brand new sealed as you received
- With tags and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@gadgethive.com.au to request a return.
Once your return is accepted, we'll provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package.
Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@gadgethive.com.au so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on the following:
- Opened or used products. We only accept returns for brand-new, sealed units.
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, please contact us at support@gadgethive.com.au.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
